Unforgettable Offsite Convention Event at the Art Museum

Museum Sage is a transformative experience that reveals fresh insights into a life or business question through a guided interaction with a work of art. This cultural adventure is designed to foster connection and creativity.

Your group of up to 20* meets at the Minneapolis Institute of Art in a private room for an introduction to the process. Teams of four are led to a gallery by their Guide (trained leadership and executive coaches).

Each team member connects to an artwork, discusses their question, hears from others in their group, and commits to an action step based on insights they gained. The event concludes with an opportunity to share and celebrate with drinks and appetizers.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Interactive Experience – Engage with art in a deeper way through thought-provoking prompts from a Guide and observations from the small group.

Each participant selects a random number to identify the artwork that will provide insights into their question. As they walk through the museum mindfully, with their Guide keeping them safe, they engage all their senses. This activates the creative problem-solving capacity of their right brain.
